Dental Assistant
Dr. Naffah graduated from the University of Southern California and successfully completed a one-year General Practice Residency program. He has a diverse practice history and extensive pediatric experience. He likes working out, fishing, hiking and horseback riding.

Office Manager
Hello, my name is CT Sheppard! As Office Manager here at Kids First Dental, I strive to provide a positive, friendly experience for our patients and their families. I also strive to have a positive atmosphere for my Team. I want this to be a place that the children and their parents like to come to as well as the staff. I am a native of Virginia. Born in Warrenton and have lived in areas such as the Northern Neck, Charlottesville and now call Roanoke home. I am married to a wonderful man who is not only my husband but my best friend as well. We have 2 dogs (Cheech and Chigger). I love to take vacations, work with animals and have a special place in my heart for horses. I volunteer at Freedom Farm which is a nonprofit community farm. The farm exists to aid veterans and first responders with PTSD, traumatic brain injury and other conditions. It offers veterans and first responders space and confidence to develop deep friendships through equine activity.

Jessica Hudson
Dental Assistant
With a bright and cheerful smile to match her personality, Jessica loves working with children. Making kids feel welcome, safe and valued comes naturally to her because She taught preschool for ten years. Her favorite thing about working at Kids First Dental is making children’s days (and smiles) brighter. Visiting the dentist shouldn’t be scary.
That’s why she makes it a point to meet each patient with a cheerful, calming presence.
You can ask her about her pets and you are sure to get some funny stories. Her diverse lot of pets includes a pom-chi named Carly, a cantankerous mal-shi named Molly, a horse named Duchess,
Along with a rabbit and two cockatiels. She loves to spend time with her husband and family.

Hello! I’m Joy! My friends call me “Joyful”. I have worked in the dental field for many years. I enjoy working with the children and my co-workers at Kids First Dental.
On my time off, I enjoy motorcycle rides with my husband, hanging out with friends and my happy place is at the beach.
Cassidy Williams

Hi, I’m Cassidy. As a Dental Assistant here at Kids First Dental, I aim to allow children and their families to have a fun experience during their visit here.
I want them to know that the Dentist is the new fun place to be!
I am currently living in Covington, Va but I was born right here in Roanoke.
When I’m not working, you can find me in the kitchen cooking new recipes or spending time with my family which includes my cat “wormy” and my hedgehog “Beebo”!

Hi, I’m Liz! As a patient care coordinator here at Kids First Dental, I strive to provide a positive, friendly experience for all our patients and their families. Working at KFD has been an extremely positive experience for me. Between working with children and our amazing team, I could not be happier here at our office.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Bryan and four-year-old daughter, Stella.
I have called Roanoke home my entire life, attending Hidden Valley High School and Virginia Western Community College. While I enjoy everything Southwestern Virginia has to offer, I will take any opportunity to travel and explore somewhere new. In addition to traveling, I enjoy interior design, baking, reading and online shopping!

Hola! My name is Seccy. I moved from New York to Virginia as a teenager and have been calling it home ever since.
I’m a city girl with a country heart! Being Puerto Rican and Honduran, I am fluent in Spanish and happy to provide translation services for our Latino guests.
I am happily married with two sons & two daughters. I love children and have always wanted to work with them, so trading meetings for beautiful little smiles was an easy change for me.
I love spending time with my family, travelling & nature.
